Introduction

  • The offers listing page provides comprehensive options to search and execute actions on saved/published offers.

Searching For An Offer

The offer listing page provides the following options to search for an offer:

  • Search By Status

  • Search by status lets you search for an offer based on the status of the offer.

  • The offer status can be the following:

    • Pending approval:
      • These are the offers that have been configured and submitted for approval.
    • Active Offers:
      • These are the offers that have been approved and are live on BookMyShow platforms.
    • Saved Offers:
      • These are the offers that have been saved and are yet to be submitted.
    • Inactive Offers:
      • These are approved offers but are set as inactive.

  • Search By Name

    • Search by name lets you search for an offer based on the offer name.

  • Search By Offer Code

    • Search by offer code lets you search for an offer based on the offer code.

Actions Available On Offers In Listing Page

  • The following actions can be done offers on the listing page:

  • Info:

    • Info page will tell about all the details about selected offer such as Offer Code, Reporting ID, Offer Name, Offer Type,Valid From etc.

  • Approve:

    • You can directly go to approve page for the specific offer.

  • Edit:

    • Edit button allows you to go to offer creation page for that specific offer.

  • Copy:

    • Copy buttons lets you copy offer configuration and create a new one with same configuration

  • Delete:

    • Delete button lets you delete the offer configuration.
