Objective:¶
This document outlines the communication guidelines for the departments that want to communicate with the engineering teams regarding any type of requirements.
Audience:¶
This document is focused mainly towards people who have not worked with engineering and new joiners.

Hardware Requirements¶
- Any requirement that seems to be related to the below characteristics is a hardware/system requirement.
- Malfunctioning of IT System.
- Malfunctioning of IT Software.
Technical Requirements¶

Any requirement that seems to be related to the below characteristics is a technical requirement.

Product Requirements¶

Persons of Concern (POCs) for each type of requirement:¶
Technical Requirement¶

For technical requirements, you should approach the TPM assigned to the POD. In the non-availability of the TPM, please approach the EM of the POD.
